To represent the mechanical construction industry and to serve as a spokesperson to the public, the Government and other trade associations and publics. We promote sustainability in mechanical construction by providing business networking and intelligence, as well as education for the improvement of managerial skills and technical development of our members. We pride ourselves in the ability to develop a membership dedicated to providing products and services of high quality in a network of only the finest and top-notch organizations of the Trade.

Integrated Work that Produces Results

MCA Puerto Rico represents the mechanical construction industry in Puerto Rico and acts as its spokesperson and possesses the leadership in dealing with the public, government, and other associations in the construction field, as well as manufacturers. In addition, it provides its members all the advantages of large representation and furnishes educational facilities for improving their contracting knowledge and technical capabilities. When an MCA contractor organizes a complete mechanical job, the quality of the work is guaranteed by conforming to the standards, practices and materials leading to efficient, safe and economical installations. Through membership, business and technical ideas are constantly and smartly interchanged, especially as regard to information and professional data concerning us.

What We Do

From the installation of A/C systems for public and private buildings, hospitals, hotels and institutional facilities, to the connection of the most sophisticated complex environmental control systems for a high technology or heavy industry, the field of mechanical contracting meets the everyday challenge of Puerto Rico's infrastructure.     MCA Puerto Rico promotes the employment of the best trained, most responsible and reliable craftsmen and smart and proven management teams in the industry, to assure the quality of the work performed by its members.
  • The activities and seminars prepared by the Association strive for the common goal of enhancing the professional standards set by each of its members and develops the most rigorous ethical and technical parameters in the construction field. MCA Puerto Rico members regularly meet with other associations staff and officials in the construction industry, working together to resolve mutual problems and share common accomplishments. This traduces in the concern of our members, clients, architects, engineers, and in general, the entire construction industry. Together, we develop joint educational seminars and webinars for all our members to improve their capabilities in all phases of the mechanical contracting business.

    Furthermore, through the MCAA Membership, MCA assists in the development of materials and operation of programs to develop skills of ap prentices and journeymen; it publishes and distributes to its members technical information, safety bulletins and statistical information.

    Locally and abroad, we engage in legislative activities to improve the role of the mechanical contractor in the areas of laws and regulations.
